The Artisan Cake Guild

Tastings will be by appointment only during Autumn.  Please let me know how many friends or family will be coming with you to your tasting.  I won't have every kind of cake that I make, but a wide variety can be sampled. 

The white chocolate fondant will be sampled as well as the Italian meringue buttercream.

I will have to charge $25.00 for those of you wanting to sample the marzpian covered cakes or cakes with fresh fruit preserves.

You are welcome to save the date for your wedding cake with a nonrefundable $50.00 check which is applied towards the total cost of the cake.  Once the cake is ordered, we require a 50% deposit on the total cost of the cake.   

The design of the cake can be changed up to a month before the wedding. 

We do not recreate the designs of other cake makers but we will interpret a design that you like.
